Modern, Sculptural Wedding Flowers for Emily & Callum

Set within the beautiful grounds of Newburgh Priory in Yorkshire, Emily and Callum’s wedding brought a contemporary, minimalist feel to this historic Yorkshire setting.

Celebrating in a glass marquee, we created modern, sculptural wedding flowers designed to complement the light-filled space while making a considered visual impact.

The floral designs combined Roses, Orchids and Hydrangeas with textural bleached Amaranthus and shimmering Honesty bringing fresh and dried elements together to create contrast, movement and architectural form.

Rather than traditional, abundant arrangements, the designs were intentionally restrained and sculptural. Individual flowers were grouped and given chance to shine on their own, creating a minimalist aesthetic that felt modern, fashion-led and considered.

Against the clean lines and transparency of the marquee, the flowers created a striking contrast while allowing the surrounding grounds of Newburgh Priory to remain part of the overall design.

The result was a wedding that felt effortlessly contemporary-textural, sculptural and completely individual to Emily & Callum.
